30年前,在高雄偏鄉小漁村發跡的肉圓攤,老闆夫妻倆努力地工作,即便每日都採用最新鮮食材手工製作,卻深感因沒有標準化也無法量化生產,以致於做得再辛苦都不足以讓這道傳統小吃「肉圓」有更多人吃到,讓台灣道地美食繼續傳承。

此時長年在中國工作的老闆娘大哥,正巧是知名食品廠的技術總監。回台後,見夫妻倆這般努力工作,也希望能將肉圓以標準化的方式量化生產,於是大哥以自身食品技術專業,協助投入夫婦倆的肉圓事業,改善人工製作的缺點,以機器代替人工,改革生產方式,使製作過程既省力又快速,並發明了符合人體工學的專利模具,讓肉圓大小一致。

這個專利模具不單單只是用來包肉圓而已,在模具設計的過程,經過各種測試與揣摩進食的角度,設計的模具不論是大小或是形狀都符合人體工學,從肉圓兩端先入口,不會頂到上顎,肉圓中段是肉餡飽滿的位置,一口咬下,不僅不燙口,還能品嘗到肉餡的香氣,咬下一口也不會掉餡。

自此肉圓這道台灣傳統美食,靠著創新生產方式,可使品質具有統一性,以急速冷凍的方式,封住肉質的新鮮美味,在生產的速度、衛生以及品質控管上都有相當顯著的成效!該種創新的生產肉圓方式,業界實是第一。

Over 30 years ago, a humble meatball stall was born in a small fishing village on the outskirts of Kaohsiung. Operated by a hardworking couple, they insisted on using only the freshest ingredients and handmade techniques every single day. Yet despite their dedication, they realized that without standardized production, their efforts could not scale. No matter how hard they worked, it was impossible to share this traditional Taiwanese delicacy with more people — and to truly pass it on to future generations.

At that time, the wife’s older brother, an experienced technical director from a renowned food manufacturing company in China, had just returned to Taiwan. Witnessing the couple’s determination, he was inspired to help. With his deep expertise in food processing, he joined the business and began transforming their handmade approach into a streamlined, standardized production system. By replacing labor-intensive steps with machines, he developed a faster, more efficient workflow — and most importantly, invented a patented, ergonomically-designed mold to ensure every meatball was perfectly uniform in size and shape.

This patented mold was more than just a production tool — it was a thoughtfully engineered design, developed through countless tests and adjustments to optimize the eating experience. Its unique shape fits the contours of the human mouth: starting from the ends, it enters comfortably without pressing the upper palate; the center is where the juicy, flavorful filling is concentrated. One bite reveals a fragrant burst of meat, not too hot, and never messy.

From then on, this beloved Taiwanese tradition found new life through innovation in production. The standardized production process ensures consistent quality, while rapid freezing technology locks in the freshness and flavor of the meat. This innovation has brought significant improvements in production speed, hygiene, and quality control — making it a pioneering innovation in the market.

在改革生產方式後,腳步仍不停歇地持續進步,到目前擁有ISO22000、HACCP及美國FDA、SGS等食品安全驗證的自動化食品生產工廠,更榮獲高雄市政府SBIR創新研發獎及高雄市優良工廠獎。

在推動自有品牌之外,近年來屢屢獲得國內各大通路的青睞,承接許多冷凍商品代工OEM,還將營業觸角不斷延伸,積極參與經濟部主辦的臺灣美食國際商談媒合會,開拓海外市場,爭取更廣大的海外市場商機,期待本公司生產的產品除兼具食品安全與美味外,更乘載著發揚台灣米食文化的使命感。

Following the transformation of our production process, we have continued to move forward.
Today, we operate an automated food production facility certified with ISO 22000, HACCP, U.S. FDA, and SGS standards. Our commitment to innovation has also been recognized with the Kaohsiung
SBIR Innovation Award and the Kaohsiung Excellent Factory Award.

In addition to building our own brand, we have earned the trust of major domestic retailers in recent years, securing numerous OEM contracts for frozen food products. We’ve also actively expanded our business reach, participating in the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Taiwan Gourmet Online Business Matching to explore overseas opportunities. It is our mission not only to ensure food safety and great taste, but also to carry forward the spirit of Taiwan’s rice-based food culture into the global market.
