對我們來說,蛋捲不只是美味的點心,更是兒時的美好回憶。記得小時候,每次外出旅遊,媽媽都會準備厚厚手作蛋捲,作為旅途中的點心。
在漫漫長路中一邊聊天,一邊剝著蛋捲吃,長大後,這樣的記憶卻慢慢變成了回憶。也因為這樣,我們決定展開這味覺的尋根之旅,經過無數次的嘗試,我們終於完成了「丹莉厚工捲」。
除了兒時的美味外,更結合了許多創新巧思,與獨特的捲製手法,讓蛋捲的美味多了許多層次。除此外,我們與小農契作,使用無毒蓬萊米替代麵粉,將蛋捲的味道更加昇華,更展現屬於台灣特有的米食文化。

At Dan Lih Handmade Egg Rolls, we believe an egg roll is more than just a snack — it’s a heartfelt connection to cherished childhood memories. We warmly remember how, during family road trips, our mother would always prepare homemade egg rolls. Along the way, we’d chat, laugh, and savor each crispy, golden layer. Over time, those simple joys turned into lasting impressions — and they inspired us to recreate that familiar flavor with modern care and craftsmanship.
After years of fine-tuning, we proudly introduced the Dan Lih Thick-Crafted Roll — a reinterpretation of the classic egg roll, enriched with delicate layers and a distinct rolling technique. It delivers both comfort and creativity in every bite. But for us, it’s more than just taste. By working closely with local farmers, we substitute traditional flour with Taiwan Formosa Round Grain Rice, enhancing aroma and texture while honoring Taiwan’s vibrant rice food culture.
